What you'll do
Lead projects from discovery through adoption, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Owning enablement for operational workflow changes, including documentation,: training, office hours, and change communication.
Supporting offer approval and other sensitive recruiting workflows through: clear coordination, followthrough, and exception handling.
Identifying recurring support themes and driving fixes through process: changes, documentation improvements, automation, or handoff to People Systems.
Partnering closely with recruiters, coordinators, People Systems, and cross: functional stakeholders to improve workflow usability and reliability.
Using data and operational signals to monitor service health, prioritize improvements, and reduce repeat work.
