What you'll do
Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner to hiring managers and business unit leaders
Partner with hiring managers to determine the requirements and expectations: for their open positions, and the qualities of their ideal candidate
Manage the full hiring life-cycle, from initial sourcing and screening to: coordinating interviews and extending offers
Utilize our ATS (Greenhouse) to build build strong candidate pipelines that meet business needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers.
Coordinate and represent Rocket Lab at events, career fairs, and conferences.
What they're looking for
- Coordinate and facilitate intern program social events
- Bachelor’s degree
- + years of full-time university recruiting experience
- Experience planning and supporting university and intern program events,: including career fairs, info sessions, conferences, social events with ownership of logistics, and material coordination.
