What you'll do
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and implement tailored: sourcing strategies for high-volume technical roles, with a key focus on mobile and software engineering.
Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent: using a mix of outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement
Attend intake meetings to deeply understand each role’s requirements
Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and share: calibrated recommendations with the hiring manager.
Own the creation of market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide: total addressable market (TAM) insights, inform sourcing strategies, and help prioritize pipeline efforts.
Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and continuously iterate to improve candidate funnel performance.
What they're looking for
- Balance speed and precision, reaching out to volume at scale without: sacrificing personalization or quality of engagement.
- A Bachelor’s degree
- + years of sourcing experience with a focus on quality high-volume outbound support for engineering roles
- Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools.
