What you'll do
Plan and Operate Tandem Press line for precision manufacturing of Stamping parts.
Select and configure proper Production schedule as per plan.
Ability to utilize Siemens HMI screens to perform diagnostics and resolve machine faults.
Lead/execute automatic Tandem Line and setting up the die sets on line for new jobs.
Set up and monitor machine performance to ensure quality and productivity.
Identify and report defective materials or operational issues to the supervisor.
What they're looking for
- Lead to continuous improvement efforts by identifying potential process improvements.
- Lead/collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot Tandem lines throughout the plant
- Experience working with Aluminum sheet metal and class-A surface parts for stamping parts
