The opportunity

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own program delivery across our ERP/Oracle technology team. This role is accountable for the full lifecycle of ERP initiatives, from initiation through closure ensuring scope, schedules, and stakeholders stay aligned as we move at speed.

What you'll do

  • Own applicable ERP initiatives across the full program lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, delivery, and closure

  • Manage scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions,: and action items with proactive follow-through and escalation when blockers arise

  • Ensure every initiative has clear objectives, an owner, requirements,: acceptance criteria, documentation, and completion criteria

  • Manage multiple concurrent ERP initiatives with competing priorities

  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain ERP: teams to translate business priorities into organized, executable technical work

  • Coordinate across business process owners, ERP functional teams, technical: development teams, integration teams, security/access teams, external vendors, and leadership
