The opportunity

As our factories scale and operate at increasingly high rates, the complexity of the infrastructure stack is growing just as quickly. We're deploying servers, networking, and compute environments into live production settings that cannot stop—and we need someone to own that execution at the site level.

What you'll do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for factory infrastructure deployment at a given site

  • Coordinate the end-to-end buildout of servers, networking, and system administration environments

  • Drive architecture design reviews through maturity gates from System: Requirements Review (SRR) through Preliminary Design Review (PDR) to Critical Design Review (CDR), ensuring designs are reviewed, feedback is incorporated, and infrastructure solutions are ready for deployment

  • Drive execution across system administrators, network engineers, systems engineers, and infrastructure teams

  • Manage and track work across external vendors and contractors

  • Manage and track work through Jira planning tools and Confluence to maintain: visibility, drive accountability, and keep execution on track

What they're looking for

  • Maintain a real-time view of site readiness, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure infrastructure deployments are sequenced correctly and aligned with production schedules
  • Work closely with technical architects to ensure deployments meet architectural standards and specifications
  • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders to keep execution aligned
