What you'll do
Lead cross-functional execution for Industrial Compute infrastructure: delivery programs from planning through operational handoff.
Build and maintain integrated program plans spanning engineering,: construction, hardware deployment, networking, commissioning, and operations.
Identify schedule risks, dependency conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
Develop executive-level reporting mechanisms that communicate program health,: milestones, risks, mitigations, and critical decisions.
Coordinate across Hardware Engineering, Network Engineering, Hardware: Operations, Capacity Delivery, Security, Finance, Supply Chain, and external infrastructure partners.
Drive operational readiness reviews before infrastructure enters production.
What they're looking for
- Build standardized delivery processes, governance models, and operating: cadences that scale across multiple global infrastructure programs.
- Manage cross-functional action tracking, decision logs, risk registers, and executive escalations.
- Establish program metrics and KPIs that improve predictability, transparency, and execution quality.
- Partner with leadership to continuously improve Industrial Compute delivery: methodologies as our infrastructure portfolio grows.
