• Collaborate with the CSSO for the semi-annual IDS test program, including: scheduling, execution, evidence collection, deficiency tracking, and retention of records.
• Investigate every false alarm at the partition level, drive root cause to resolution.
• Establish and operate a corrective and preventive maintenance program.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical: security system operations, maintenance, alarm response, and emergency conditions, in coordination with the Industrial and Special Program security team, and aligned to the SOP topics enumerated in ICD-705.
