What you'll do

  • Lead the design and development of chassis structural components from initial: concept through production launch.

  • Define component requirements based on vehicle performance, durability, ride,: handling, NVH, and safety targets.

  • Develop technology roadmaps and identify innovative solutions for future vehicle programs.

  • Drive engineering excellence at both the system and component level with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering team members.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to achieve optimal system integration.

What they're looking for

  • Coordinate virtual engineering activities and physical validation testing to ensure robust designs.
  • Partner with the CAE team to develop and optimize new vehicle architectures and structural concepts.
  • Manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Enhance and maintain foundational engineering documents, including DVP&R,: DFMEA, interface diagrams, and boundary diagrams.
