Senior Manager, Technical Content Development

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain training content in the learning management system: (LMS), following established content standards, style guidelines, and brand requirements.

• Create interactive learning activities, course content, and instructional: videos to install, use, and service ChargePoint products (hardware and software).

• Redesign and update existing lessons as directed to align with current standards and style guidelines.

• Learn complex technical products quickly and produce technical training with: the assistance of subject matter experts and guidance from the Staff Training Content Developer.

• Actively gather information from and collaborate with engineers, QA: engineers, and product managers to identify and capture learning content.

• Support the development of scalable training solutions to ensure programs are: consistent and ready for a global audience.

What they're looking for

• Design, develop, and conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learner: comprehension and course effectiveness.
• Manage individual project tasks across phases of a learning project,: including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, while escalating risks and blockers to senior team members as needed.
• Prepare content for localization by following established localization guidelines and processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency and clarity across all training and documentation.
