What you'll do
Manage and execute global fiat asset investment activities across approved traditional finance products
Identify suitable investment opportunities for fiat treasury balances with: consideration for liquidity, safety, yield, and duration
Monitor and optimize treasury asset allocation across cash, deposits, money: market instruments, fixed income products, and other approved TradFi investment vehicles
Conduct market analysis and evaluate macroeconomic trends, interest rate: environments, and counterparty conditions to support investment decisions
Work closely with internal treasury and finance teams to align investment: strategies with liquidity planning, operational funding needs, and capital management priorities
Assess and manage investment-related risks, including liquidity risk, market: risk, counterparty risk, and concentration risk
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Relevant experience in treasury, cash management, asset investment, portfolio: management, or institutional liquidity management
- Strong understanding of global fiat treasury management and traditional financial products
- Familiarity with instruments such as time deposits, money market funds,: short-duration fixed income products, government securities, and other low-risk investment vehicles
- Strong knowledge of liquidity management principles, investment risk assessment, and counterparty evaluation
- Experience working with global banking partners and financial institutions
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to evaluate: investment opportunities and portfolio performance
- Good understanding of treasury controls, governance, and regulatory considerations
