What you'll do
st shift will be paid the base hourly rate.
nd shift will be paid the base hourly rate of $23.10 per hour plus a 5% shift differential.
rd shift will be paid the base hourly rate of $23.10 per hour plus a 10% shift differential.
Loads and unloads trucks, and other conveyances.
Operate vehicles with a GVWR of 25,999 lbs. on FASTC, Fort Pickett, as well as Virginia highways.
Disperse water on tracks to control dust.
What they're looking for
- Transport various materials throughout FASTC.
- Transport Heavy equipment on Virginia State highways.
- In addition to operating commercial motor vehicles, the CDL Driver will be: responsible for performing routine grounds maintenance, including mowing grass using a zero-turn mower, string trimmers, pole saws, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, and other hand and power tools as needed.
- Perform snow removal duties during snow events.
