Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our growing team in Woodbridge, VA. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems supporting residential water distribution and wastewater disposal.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential homes

• Perform thorough plumbing inspections and maintenance services

• Complete repairs, replacements, and new installations as needed

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain findings and recommend solutions

• Help customers make informed decisions to maintain and protect their plumbing systems

What they're looking for

• At least 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience, ideally in residential service work
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and job management software
• A customer-first attitude and a desire to keep learning and growing in the trade
