Each year, Perplexity hires an exceptional cohort of early career talent to join our technical team. We’re looking for a University Recruiter to architect our early career programs and shape our strategy for attracting and evaluating the world’s most elite early-career talent.
What you'll do
Own full-cycle recruiting process for all early career candidates from sourcing to closing.
Partner closely with leaders at Perplexity on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and candidate evaluation.
Build and scale a strategy that goes far beyond the usual playbooks. Explore: creative, unconventional ways to build a talent brand and foster relationships that help uncover hidden superstar talent.
Plan and execute campus programming including but not limited to technical: talks, coding competitions and hackathons, on-campus interviews, and VIP events.
