What you'll do
Lifecycle & Data Guardian: Own the integrity of employee data throughout the entire lifecycle within Workday, ensuring absolute accuracy.
Risk & Compliance Lead: Act as the primary gatekeeper for global compliance by managing and executing robust background verification (BGC) processes.
Operational Excellence Partner: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, HRBPs, and external vendors to streamline workflows.
Workday Data Management: Execute complex global data changes (transfers, promotions, comp updates, terminations) and manage mass uploads using Workday EIBs.
End-to-End BGC Ownership: Partner with external vendors to trigger, track, and review comprehensive background checks. Safely escalate and resolve discrepancies.
Lifecycle Management: Support crucial milestones across the employee journey—from seamless onboarding documentation to compliant offboarding.
What they're looking for
- + years of core experience in People Operations/HR Ops with deep employee lifecycle exposure.
- Mandatory tech skills: Hands-on proficiency with Workday Core HCM (including EIB execution) and ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Compliance expertise: Proven track record of managing high-volume, global background verification processes and vendor relations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data privacy capabilities (GDPR/CCPA awareness is a huge plus).
