Associate Director, Production Technology
What you'll do
Develop and execute a multi-year fulfillment technology strategy that: supports HelloFresh’s North American supply chain, growth objectives, and operational excellence.
Establish an integrated technology roadmap spanning WMS, WES, WCS, robotics,: automation, controls, system integrations, and operational support capabilities.
Optimize end-to-end fulfillment execution by improving coordination between: enterprise applications, warehouse systems, automation platforms, and material handling equipment.
Partner with Operations, Automation, Engineering, and IT to deploy and: optimize scalable automation solutions that improve throughput, flexibility, labor efficiency, and asset utilization.
Establish a standardized, proactive technology support model focused on: system availability, predictive monitoring, rapid incident resolution, and long-term reliability.
Drive measurable operational improvements through performance analytics,: root-cause elimination, process optimization, and technology-enabled continuous improvement.
