The opportunity
Schedule: Thursday through Sunday, 6:30 PM–5:30 AM
What you'll do
Respectfully communicate with all co-workers. Ensure effective employee: relations with all departments in the facility.
Provide employee instructions to provide advice on how to properly perform: their task (QA checks, cleaning equipment, expectations, etc.).
Respectfully support and follow direction from all managers about line product integrity
Work towards continuous improvement in all areas. Ensure all actions better: the business of HelloFresh and do not break any company policies.
Maintaining accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, processing analysis and environmental monitoring
Coach QA & Sanitation employees to follow company policies and procedures

- Performs duties of workers supervised, as needed
- Ensure that the daily workload is equally distributed based priority and ability
