What you'll do
Manage and develop the team: Oversee daily operations for the admins and developers, including 1:1s, performance reviews, career progression, and handling administrative approvals.
Foster a high-performing environment: Cultivate a collaborative, positive team culture that encourages cross-functional collaboration within RevOps and supports individual professional growth.
Facilitate Scrum execution: Drive agile delivery by running Scrum ceremonies, actively removing engineering or operational blockers, and monitoring team velocity to ensure stable delivery cycles.
Own capacity planning: Manage resource allocation and sequence execution timelines based on current team availability, aligning closely with the Product Owner's backlog priorities.
Manage technical debt: Consult with the Technical Architect on technical debt remediation, ensuring that platform health initiatives are realistically scheduled into delivery timelines.
Drive functional alignment: Partner with the PO, GTMO, Tooling, Salesforce Service, and RevOps stakeholders to maintain cross-functional alignment and coordinate dependencies.
What they're looking for
- Continuous monitoring: Partner with GTMO to provide transparent reporting on project timelines and delivery progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- + years experience in a similar fast-paced environment as a Senior Admin,: Product Owner or similar role and 3+ years as a leader
- Experience managing or partnering closely with senior technical staff (e.g.,: Architects, Tech Leads) in a platform/engineering context
- A proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects and initiatives
