Turn data into planning excellence! We seek a Senior Analyst, Planning Excellence to leverage data expertise to identify process improvements, build data solutions, and collaborate across teams.

What you'll do

  • Drive Operational and Planning Excellence: Analyze data, forecast trends, and identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs, providing strategic insights for Planning and Operations.

  • Build Data-Driven Solutions: Develop and maintain critical tools, datasets, and reporting systems to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization, and streamline forward-looking processes.

  • Foster Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams to align business processes, share insights, and effectively communicate complex data to senior leadership.

  • Enhance Data Visibility & Decision-Making: Develop advanced tools and scripts to provide real-time data access for internal teams and 3PL sites, enabling proactive decision-making. Build visualizations to clearly communicate information.

  • Champion Data-Driven Innovation: Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to develop robust user interfaces and explore opportunities for machine learning integration, ultimately transitioning from static reports to interactive platforms.

  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations, delivering tailored data insights to support informed decision-making.
