What you'll do
Own one or more research projects alongside researchers, designers, and: product managers to investigate a product problem or area
Plan and execute research to solve complex, ambiguous product questions using appropriate methodologies
Deliver research reports that clearly communicate findings and provide: actionable design and product recommendations
Partner with cross-functional teammates to translate user insights into: thoughtful product experiences that help people engage with the crypto economy
Actively pursuing a career in user research through a degree in a: research-related field, or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of general research principles (experimental design, bias,: confounds) and UX research principles (usability testing, design thinking)
What they're looking for
- Demonstrated ability to communicate research findings clearly, supported by a: final report from a past research project (school, bootcamp, or extracurricular) uploaded with your application
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and Coinbase's role in the crypto economy, with interest in learning more
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver: business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
