The opportunity

What you'll do
Location : Position will be based in Richmond, VA
Schedule: Monday: Friday
Hybrid position: some remote work with 2 days in office per week
Reports To: Utility Manager
Calculating and processing resident water/sewer charges on a monthly basis
Assists in identifying and resolving utility billing discrepancies
What they're looking for
- Communicate with vendors and onsite property teams to resolve utility issues
- Enter utility (water/sewer, gas and electric) invoices into payable system
- Assist with monthly financial statement review including review of the: general ledger and processing month end journal entries
- Special projects and other duties, as assigned by Utility Manager
