What you'll do
Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and external
Facilitating vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer: and inventory vehicles and/or loaners and moves between locations/offsite lots
Managing inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging and software updating vehicles as required
Assisting in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well-organized and ready for sale
Coordinating with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles,: conducting inspections and logging paperwork as required
Assist in daily operations of the Delivery team in varied duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager
What they're looking for
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
