What you'll do
Support the Vendor Management team in daily collaboration with external: providers, facilitating communication between vendors and internal teams on operational topics.
Manage access requests for external users, ensuring the correct tools and: permissions are assigned and that technical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing and tracking SLA and KPI reports to monitor vendor: performance, and support the creation of regular reports on vendor performance and key risk indicators (KRIs).
Support compliance activities by collecting and reviewing documentation from: external partners and ensuring processes align with internal standards.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational projects,: including assisting with coordination tasks and exploring new tools and technologies.
Provide support on basic financial tasks, including invoice processing, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
What they're looking for
- Develop structured guidelines, checklists, and flowcharts to support: text-based documentation and streamline vendor onboarding, compliance, and team operations.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business: Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of internship experience in vendor, account, or BPO: management, or in client relationship or project management.
- Exposure to the finance or fintech industry through internships, projects, or studies.
