The opportunity
Location: 5491 Timberlea Blvd.
What you'll do
Organize and maintain inventory and stock control.
Ensure that the storage areas and warehouse is kept clean and tidy, which: includes identifying areas where processes could be improved, and work practices amended.
Supervises and reviews all receiving, inventory, staging, and shipping: activities performed by warehouse team; maintains a high degree of visibility and access to employees on warehouse floor
Understands and ensures strong compliance of standard processes
Leads by example and trains, motivates, coaches, rewards, and disciplines crew being supervised
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of warehouse: systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.

- Ensure accurate proper and timely reporting of data to generate established KPIs
- Continuously develops employees by coaching and providing insightful: feedback. Document progress and ensure associates are cross trained to provide adequate coverage in key processes
- Provide daily updates on receiving status, issues, and projects
- Participate in decision-making processes involving receiving challenges and continuous improvements
