What you'll do

  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and: customers. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

  • Coordinate and process payroll activities, including payroll processing,: reporting, auditing, and year-end payroll activities.

  • Review employment agreements, offer letters, and union benefit requirements to ensure contractual compliance.

  • Support payroll system administration, including payroll setup, maintenance, and calculations.

  • Maintain payroll records and perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Conduct payroll audits and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate employee compensation.
