What you'll do
Corporate Law Support: Assist with research and analysis of corporate law and regulatory requirements
Help review and interpret legal documents and regulations
Corporate Governance Assistance: Support the development and implementation of corporate governance policies
Contribute to the preparation of governance-related documents and reports
General Contract Review and Negotiation Review and negotiate various types of commercial agreements
Support internal stakeholders
