What you'll do
Project Management & Delivery Lead assigned workplace design and: construction projects from initial scoping and programming through design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
Establish and manage project scope, budget, schedule, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key decision points
Drive day-to-day project execution and maintain accountability across: architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders
Lead project meetings, communicate status and decisions, identify risks early, and drive issues to resolution
Manage project decisions within established scope and budget while escalating: material changes, risks, and strategic decisions as appropriate
Manage design development, permitting, construction, installations,: inspections, punch lists, occupancy readiness, turnover, and project closeout
What they're looking for
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Workplace, IT, AV, Security, Brand: & Creative, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other business partners
- Develop project delivery strategies, phasing plans, and sequencing approaches: that minimize business disruption while maintaining project objectives
- Manage external project managers and consultants where applicable and ensure: clear ownership, accountability, and performance
- Support portfolio-level initiatives and larger strategic projects as part of: the broader Workplace Design & Construction team
