What you'll do

  • Lead the Dallas office launch and build-out, partnering on design and: build-out, space and occupancy planning, vendor selection, and move-in readiness to open on time and on budget.

  • Own day-to-day workplace operations, establishing scalable systems,: processes, and standards that ensure the office is safe, functional, polished, and ready for employees and guests.

  • Manage building and vendor relationships, serving as the primary point of: contact for facilities, maintenance, service issues, contracts, and performance, while establishing clear escalation and response processes for emergencies.

  • Own the workplace budget, including forecasting, expense management, vendor: spend, and identifying opportunities to optimize costs without compromising the employee experience.

  • Deliver an exceptional hospitality and visitor experience, overseeing: front-of-house operations, visitor management, and executive and customer visits to ensure every employee, customer, and guest receives a warm, professional welcome.

  • Own food, beverage, and office amenities, overseeing daily meal and snack: programs, catering, associated budgets, and vendor performance.

  • Hire, manage, and develop a Workplace Coordinator, setting priorities,: building capabilities, and establishing a high standard of service across the site.
  • + years of experience in workplace, facilities, office operations, or a: related field, ideally in a fast-growing company.
  • Experience opening a new office, leading a build-out, or managing a: significant office expansion is strongly preferred.
