Lead Accuracy: Regularly clean and validate database leads for accuracy.
Standardized Procedures: Implement standardized procedures, including Duplicate Check, for data integrity.
What they're looking for
- Account Validation: Validate the accounts with quality by assigning the correct DVS for each scenario.
- Talk Track Execution: Ask the right questions for each industry type using the talk track to be more efficient in finding workable accounts.
- Hot Lead Mapping: If, when validating the account, an interested person is found, map it as a hot lead for immediate assignment.
- Cohort Feedback: Continuously provide feedback on what is being found with the different cohorts so that they can refine the lead search.
