What you'll do
Own end-to-end month-end and quarter-end close processes across global: entities, ensuring timely, accurate general ledger reporting and consolidated financial statements.
Lead global intercompany operations including billing, cash settlements,: transfer pricing execution, foreign exchange gain/loss analysis, and elimination entries.
Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Finance Data to operationalize new: intercompany agreements, entity launches, and transfer pricing methodologies into scalable processes.
Drive the design, implementation, and documentation of SOX-compliant internal: controls across GL operations and intercompany processes.
Execute strategic GL projects including M&A integration, new entity set-ups, and ERP enhancements in NetSuite.
Strengthen team capability by mentoring and developing direct reports,: fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
What they're looking for
- CPA with 9+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including 2+ years: managing direct reports, with public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with applied: knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX 404 implementation and documentation.
- Managed end-to-end month-end close processes across multiple entities,: including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated reporting.
- Led multi-entity intercompany accounting processes such as eliminations, FX: revaluation, or global consolidations.
