Invoice and payment processing Process a high volume of invoices accurately and on time.
Process invoices in multiple currencies for domestic and international vendors.
What they're looking for
- Partner with colleagues across the company to ensure invoices and payments: are processed appropriately and in line with company policies and procedures.
- Support weekly payment runs and help ensure vendors are paid on time.
- Respond to vendor inquiries through the company’s email management tool.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable vendor records.
