What you'll do
New Customer Setup.
Create and send out invoices.
Follow-up with customers for billing, collections, and late payments.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Perform account reconciliations and monitor the account details of customers: which includes delayed or missed payments.
Research and resolve payment errors.
What they're looking for
- Review and run AR Aging.
- Assists with monthly close.
- Assists and participates in audits, as needed.
- Assist with cash receipts forecasting.
