What you'll do
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical: Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
+ years of experience in systems engineering, verification & validation, or: test engineering in aerospace or defense
+ years leading or coordinating multi-disciplinary test campaigns: (environmental, functional, integration, or flight test)
Experience with SEMP development or execution, including verification: planning aligned to technical review gates
Experience defining and tracking technical performance metrics for verification programs
Demonstrated experience planning and leading Test Readiness Reviews
What they're looking for
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related discipline
- + years in hardware V&V with increasing scope and responsibility
- INCOSE CSEP or ASEP certification
- Experience supporting ground test and flight test campaigns for air vehicles or UAS platforms
- Familiarity with DO-160 and cross-referencing commercial test evidence against military standards
- Experience with airworthiness qualification processes and safety-of-flight verification
- Experience with MRL (Manufacturing Readiness Level) assessments and MRR participation
- Knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems
