What you'll do
Help prepare quarterly earnings materials including press releases, investor: presentations, Q&A prep documents, and scripts
Maintain and update investor-facing content on the IR website
Track and organize analyst research, consensus estimates, and investor: feedback following roadshows and conferences
Monitor sell-side coverage, produce daily news summaries, and flag relevant: fintech, neobank, and broader consumer finance developments
Track peer company earnings calendars, disclosures, and analyst commentary;: synthesize competitive positioning implications
Maintain a peer group benchmarking model (valuation multiples, key operating metrics)
What they're looking for
- Coordinate logistics for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and: analyst days — including scheduling, travel, briefing documents, and follow-ups
- Manage the IR inbox and help field inbound inquiries from investors and analysts
- Maintain the investor CRM database, tracking engagement history and ownership changes
- Support updates to internal financial models and bridge analyses ahead of earnings
