What you'll do
Own Asset Protection strategy and execution across assigned sites, ensuring: consistent standards while adapting to local risks.
Conduct site visits, risk assessments, audits, and operational reviews to: identify vulnerabilities and drive improvement plans.
Lead complex investigations into theft, fraud, workplace incidents, policy: violations, and other losses, ensuring proper documentation and evidence management.
Lead, coach, and develop Asset Protection teams while providing guidance on: investigations, incidents, and performance.
Partner with Operations, HR, Safety, Legal, and site leadership to identify: risks and implement practical solutions.
Drive shrink and loss reduction through data analysis, trend identification,: root-cause analysis, and targeted corrective actions.
What they're looking for
- Oversee physical security programs, including guards, access control, CCTV,: intrusion detection, and other security technologies.
- Lead crisis response, emergency preparedness, new site initiatives, and: ongoing risk mitigation while maintaining strong relationships with law enforcement and external partners.
- Strategic, risk-focused operator who prioritizes resources and translates: strategy into practical site-level execution.
- Strong cross-functional partner who influences Operations, HR, Safety, Legal,: and leadership through data, relationships, and sound judgment.
