The opportunity

The Associate People Business Partner at Anduril is an emerging HR professional who, with Sr. People Business Partner leadership, delivers strategic HR support to specific business units or locations.

What you'll do

  • Partner with business units to align HR strategies and practices with departmental and company objectives.

  • Manage the 360 feedback process, drive the annual review cycle with managers,: partner on performance management, and lead employee relations investigations.

  • Drive HR projects, ensuring they meet desired outcomes and adhere to organizational goals.

  • Support managers and employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle,: offering guidance, coaching, and conflict resolution.

  • Deliver practical recommendations based on employee performance and: engagement data, guide goal-setting, and promote accountability for continuous improvement.

  • Lead and/or participate in investigations into employee relations and: performance issues, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and fairly.

What they're looking for

  • Provide strategic and logistical support for managers during employee exits.
  • Conduct succession planning exercises and performance and compensation calibrations with managers.
  • Facilitate 360 feedback for leaders and provide readouts to C-Suite.
  • Plan and calibrate annual review processes to ensure consistency and growth.
