The opportunity
Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate to join our Provider Success team.
What you'll do
Leads and cross collaborates on problem definition, acute error remediation,: and root cause solution development
Utilizes data to drive business decisions to impact cross-functional strategy
Develops trusting relationships with relevant internal/external stakeholders: through effective communication, collaboration and positive outcomes.
Supports Oscar team members through knowledge sharing, process documentation, and tooling development
Other duties as assigned
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
What they're looking for
- + years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare
- + years experience cooperatively developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders
- + years experience designing and improving workflows, including development: of accompanying operating and technical procedures and tooling
- Experience managing complicated business challenges: developing understanding, distilling and communicating that understanding to technical and non-technical audiences.
