The opportunity

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Coordinator, IT Services to join our IT Team.

What you'll do

  • Provide end user support on Mac and Chromebook systems.

  • Staff in-person and/or virtual help desks.

  • Participate in a team rotation of weekend check-ins, typically involving four: hours of weekend work Provide support for international onboarding

  • Develop a deep understanding of Oscar's internal IT functions to efficiently: support end users and optimize SLAs.

  • Adhere to established policies and procedures while assisting users, and: proactively suggest improvements when necessary.

  • Contribute to meticulous documentation maintenance, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records.

  • Show initiative and drive in actions, projects, and interactions, introducing: positive changes to IT workflows.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • + years of experience supporting Mac users in large environments,: demonstrating patience in troubleshooting and educating users.
