What you'll do
Strategic Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand the requirements and nuances of roles across GTM – Management - Services
Full-Spectrum Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines across multiple business units, maintaining the flexibility to shift focus based on evolving regional priorities
Engagement & Outreach: Utilise tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to develop personalised, high-conversion outreach that clearly communicates our value proposition and unique challenges
Seamless Coordination: Work closely with recruiters & Business to ensure a premium candidate experience.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, APJ market insights, and talent acquisition best practices, sharing actionable recommendations with the wider recruiting team
Sourcing Expert: You bring a proven track record of sourcing talent across the APJ & EMEA region.
