Ramp's Strategic Finance team sits at the center of how the company allocates its time and resources. We're hiring across three complementary tracks — and looking for people with sharp financial instincts, a builder's mindset, and the drive to take on a large scope quickly.
What you'll do
Build and own detailed financial and operational models with the highest quality and accuracy
Use data to influence key strategic decisions across Product, GTM, and business leadership
Lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams, evaluating tradeoffs: across growth, efficiency, and resourcing
Identify and develop KPIs; build dashboards to monitor performance and communicate insights to stakeholders
Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability
Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles
What they're looking for
- Manage company performance against financial targets: identifying where to course-correct and where to accelerate
- Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across the finance org
