What you'll do

  • Strategic Leadership & Vendor Governance: Lead daily depot operations, holding third-party vendor partners to rigorous safety, compliance, and operational SLAs through disciplined shift-level governance.

  • Supply & Demand Planning: Align staffing levels, vehicle turnaround cycles, and depot workflows against active in-service vehicle (ISV) targets to capture market rider demand.

  • Commercialization & Market Expansion: Serve as the primary operational liaison for scaling initiatives across the market, developing operational contingencies and unifying cross-functional partners (Driving Ops, Fleet Maintenance, Infra, GPS).

  • Continuous Process Improvement: Leverage data analytics to monitor market health, eliminate depot bottlenecks, reduce operational drag, and lower operating unit costs.

  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build collaborative, high-trust alliances between internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining a shared commitment to safety and efficiency benchmarks.

  • Experience: 10+ years in operations management (fleet management,: transportation, or high-velocity logistics) with a foundational safety-first ethos. (Bachelor’s degree required, or an additional 6+ years of equivalent work experience in operations, consulting, or planning).
