What you'll do
Maintain the program timeline for Flexdrive AV Operating Readiness, tracking: deliverables and dependencies across workstreams: Strategic Planning, Infrastructure, Analytics, People, Fleet Operations, Treasury, Finance, and Legal.
Maintain the program's RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies),: surfacing cross-functional blockers with clear context for escalation.
Support weekly leadership syncs and monthly deep-dive reviews, including: preparation, presentation and follow-through.
Translate upstream decisions (partner agreements, market selections, ) into: operational requirements, updating the readiness roadmap accordingly.
Serve as a connection point between workstream leads, helping ensure: infrastructure timelines align with hiring plans, capital deployment schedules match construction milestones, and fleet operations readiness tracks to vehicle delivery dates.
Act as the central hub across cross-functional internal teams supporting the: program; drive alignment on priorities and decisions, escalate issues with the right context, and be accountable for resolution
What they're looking for
- Coordinate with People and Operations to help sequence hiring, training, and: certification programs ahead of vehicle arrivals.
- Work with FP&A and Treasury to track investment spend against the capital: deployment schedule and flag variance early.
- Build and deliver clear status reporting to program leadership and workstream stakeholders.
- Ensure cross-functional stakeholders stay aligned on expectations,: deliverables, and timelines throughout the program.
