What you'll do
Own end-to-end engineering execution for a high-profile, cross-functional: Brokerage program — driving delivery across multiple engineering teams with minimal oversight
Serve as the primary coordination layer across product, design, CX, and: engineering — filling execution gaps, resolving blockers, and keeping the program moving with clarity and speed
Partner with the program's operations principal to craft concise, polished: narratives and stakeholder communications used across internal and external audiences
Identify risks and dependencies early, create structure where it's missing,: and hold teams accountable to timelines without slowing them down
Provide engineering teams with the context, clarity, and decision support: they need to execute confidently and efficiently
Build and maintain a clear view of program health: surfacing the right information to the right stakeholders at the right time
