Get Stuff Done Days (GSDD): Every six weeks, take two days of dedicated innovation time to explore new tech stacks, fix nagging bugs, or prototype outside the roadmap.
Write high-quality, performant code (primarily Kotlin) and navigate the codebase fluently.
Handle deployment, bug fixing, and incident handling with a high level of: independence, taking features from concept to production.
What they're looking for
- Act as a sparring partner for Product Managers during Product Discovery,: ensuring technical decisions support the user experience.
- Question the status quo by asking "why are we building this?" and "is there a simpler way?"
- Identify knowledge gaps and technical problems, taking active ownership to: address them without waiting to be told.
- Share your learnings from GSDD projects with the wider team, turning: individual curiosity into collective knowledge.
