The opportunity

Location: Various (Project-Based) Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: Required

What you'll do

  • Serve as the internal BIM lead/project manager for major projects, including: a large-scale data center initiative

  • Lead and coordinate multi-discipline BIM models , including clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution

  • Manage both internal BIM staff and external subconsultants (20–30: technicians) , including task assignment, workload balancing, and quality oversight

  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve BIM standards, templates, workflows, and best practices

  • Set up and manage project models, coordinates, worksets, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)

  • Perform model QA/QC and support milestone deliverables

  • Lead BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with project managers,: engineers, and field teams to ensure constructability and execution alignment
  • Serve as a key communication hub , translating models and technical: information for stakeholders and project teams
  • Manage model exchanges and coordination with consultants, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Support construction teams with model-based coordination, RFIs, and as-built documentation
