What you'll do
Conduct cutting-edge research on modern cryptographic protocols, including: post-quantum cryptography, threshold signatures, signature aggregation, and proof systems for blockchain applications.
Explore and benchmark NIST post-quantum signature standards and emerging: constructions from recent academic literature.
Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers to translate research outcomes into practical applications.
Publish research findings and contribute to open-source cryptographic projects when appropriate.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Cryptography, or a closely related field
Strong theoretical or practical knowledge of cryptography, in areas such as: post-quantum signatures, MPC/threshold protocols, zero-knowledge proofs, or interactive proof systems (e.g., sumcheck-based protocols)
What they're looking for
- Proficiency in at least one of Rust, C++, or Python
- Ability to read and reason about security proofs from academic literature
- Prior research experience or publications in post-quantum cryptography,: threshold signatures, or verifiable computation
- Familiarity with blockchain architectures, smart contract platforms, or: on-chain signature verification constraints
