What you'll do
Plan and perform monthly close activities, including journal entries,: reconciliations, analytic reviews, and financial reporting deliverables for Bridge products
Identify, recommend and implement scalable accounting processes to support global growth at Bridge
Partner with our business and finance teams to understand new products,: features, and contracts, and advise on accounting implications
Partner with Internal Systems and Engineering teams to improve financial: systems and automate accounting processes
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and design processes and: controls for emerging business activities
Understand data and system flows, analyzing financial results to identify and address anomalies.
What they're looking for
- + years of relevant public accounting and/or industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accountancy qualification, such as CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and experience with internal controls
- Experience with monthly or quarterly close processes, journal-entry: preparation and posting, audits, regulatory reporting, financial-statement preparation, and accounting systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the: ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences
- Ability to structure ambiguous work and build systems and automation
- Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
