What you'll do
Support the launch, improvement, and scaling of Robinhood UK operations, products, tools, and systems
Own first-line oversight of UK brokerage operations, including transaction: reporting controls, transfer operations, outsourced service-provider oversight, and operational risk management.
Ensure all daily operations align with FCA CASS (Client Money & Asset): regulations and support the delivery of good customer outcomes under the FCA Consumer Duty.
Partner with Robinhood teams such as Brokerage Operations, Compliance, Risk,: Customer Experience (CX), Finance, Product, Engineering and Vendor Management
Oversee and monitor the performance of operational business partners in line: with the intercompany agreements and SLAs
Continuous process efficiency improvement: leveraging AI and data to improve operational processes and reduce operational risk
What they're looking for
- Responsible for maintaining operational Standard Operating Procedures and processes.
- Partner with the Risk & Compliance team (2nd line) to review, implement and: operate the required frameworks and controls to support regulatory requirements.
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, control remediation, and: operational readiness work for new launches and material process changes
- Foster a culture of professionalism, high ethical standards, personal: development, and regulatory compliance and promoting the core values and risk culture.
