What you'll do
Monitor approval, acceptance and other core payment KPIs, flagging anything: that could affect financial results before it becomes a bigger problem
Manage day-to-day relationships with processors and scheme partners,: resolving transaction-processing and operational incidents as they come up
Validate scheme and third-party invoices to make sure charges are accurate, justified and optimized
Support the rollout of new payment capabilities and scheme compliance: developments, working closely with technical and business teams
Build and maintain documentation that helps merchants, internal stakeholders: and the wider team understand how transaction processing actually works
Identify opportunities to reduce processing costs and improve merchant experience through better data analysis
