The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated residential Carpenter to join our team in the Richmond, VA area!
What you'll do
Pay - starting at $24 per hour depending on experience
Quarterly Bonus: $980 potential (based on performance of property and team)
Benefits - vacation & sick time, holiday pay, insurance, rent discount and 401K with company match
Carpenter candidates must possess at least 4 years of residential carpentry experience.
Job duties include demolition, sheet rock installation/repair, kitchen & bath: renovations, door installation, framing and trim work.
Basic plumbing and electrical skills are a plus!
What they're looking for
- Must have and use your own tools.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license REQUIRED.
- DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted.
- Makes repairs right the first time: no band-aids!
